Dear Readers,

Greetings from the ISPAE!

The Journal of Pediatric Endocrinology and Diabetes (JPED) is growing in a robust manner. This is a source of pride for the Pediatric Endocrinology Community in India. A great round of thanks is owed to Prof. PSN Menon, Prof. Rakesh Kumar, and their team for their dedication and commitment in helping JPED grow.

We request the endocrinology community to submit their research in JPED and enhance the growth of the journal.

The biennial conference of ISPAE is happening in Bengaluru from the 17th to 19th of November, 2023.

An exciting scientific program has been drafted which will include several faculty from around the world and India.

The academic programs conducted by ISPAE are growing and influencing more physicians around India and the globe.

In addition to the ISPAE-Academic and Clinical Education Series (ISPAE-ACES) and the Pediatric Endocrinology for Postgraduates (PEP), Pediatric Endocrinology for Practicing Pediatricians (PEPP) has been rolled out recently with the enormous help of the President of the Indian Academy of Pediatrics, Dr. Upendra Kinjawadekar, and his team.

A few more innovative educational programs are on the anvil, which will be rolled out soon.

Wishing you a brilliant festival of lights during Diwali on behalf of ISPAE.

Dr. Ahila Ayyavoo, DCH, DNB, PhD

President, ISPAE

Department of Paediatric Endocrinology and Diabetes, G. Kuppuswamy Naidu Memorial Hospital and Parvathy Clinic, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India.
